Anfield is easily accessible from all
major routes into Liverpool. The ground is only 3 miles from the city centre,
4 miles from the M62 and 7 miles from the end of the M57 and M58. The ground
is well signposted from the city centre.

Public Transport
By Bus: Take a 26 (or 27) from Paradise St. Bus Station or a 17B, 17C,
17D, or 217 from Queen Square bus station directly to the ground. The 68
and 168 which operate between Bootle and Aigburth and the 14 (from Queen
Square) and 19 stop a short walk away.
By Train: Lime Street Railway Station is two miles from Anfield. A taxi
from Lime St. will cost about £4.00 for up to 5 passengers. Buses go from
nearby Queen Square Bus Station. On match days use the Merseyrail network
to link with the Soccerbus service from Sandhills Station.
By Soccerbus: There are frequent shuttle buses from Sandhills Station,
on the Merseyrail Northern Line, to Anfield for all Liverpool home Premier
League and Cup matches. Soccerbus will run for two hours before each match
(last bus from Sandhills Station is approximately 15 minutes before kick-off)
and for 50 minutes after the final whistle (subject to availability). You
can pay as you board the bus – each single journey will cost 50p. Soccerbus
is FREE for those who hold a valid TRIO, SOLO or SAVEAWAY ticket or Merseytravel
Free Travel Pass.
